Pulse

Pulse is the field-operations app for Mosambee (Pine Labs Group) field engineers and their managers. It guides on-ground teams through every step of deploying and servicing merchant payment devices - POS terminals, soundboxes, and all-in-one devices - from the moment a job is assigned to final sign-off. Pulse is intended for authorized Mosambee field staff only. A valid Mosambee account is required to sign in - the app is not meant for general consumer use. What you can do with Pulse: - Receive and track assigned installation, service, and de-installation tasks, with instant notifications when new work comes in. - Follow a guided, step-by-step visit workflow: device hand-off, pre-visit call, en route, and on-site check-in. - Confirm you've reached the merchant with a location check-in. - Scan device serial numbers and capture installation photos directly from your phone's camera. - Capture and verify the documents required to complete a job. - Run a test transaction and record the result to confirm a successful go-live. - Log travel details for allowance processing. - Keep working in low- or no-network areas: Pulse queues your updates and syncs automatically once you're back online. Built for the whole field team: - Field Engineers execute visits end to end. - Area Managers and Service Managers assign work, track progress, and support their teams. Pulse keeps field work fast, consistent, and paperless, so terminals go live quicker and every visit is captured accurately. For access or support, contact your Mosambee administrator.
