M2M Host is the field app for the vendors who keep Month2Month's furnished rentals running: cleaners, inspectors, and maintenance crews. Sign in with the account Month2Month set up for you and you'll see every work order assigned to you, grouped into Overdue, Today, Upcoming, and Done so you always know what's next. What you can do: • See your work orders at a glance, with status, date, and property address • Run cleaning and inspection checklists item by item, marking each one Pass or Fail • Take before and after photos, or record a short video, right from the checklist • Keep working while photos upload in the background; if an upload fails, tap to retry • Leave notes and comments on a work order for the Month2Month team • Check in on site: with your permission, the app confirms you're at the property address when you start a visit, and tracks your time on site • Search past and future work orders by address, service, assignee, or date • Use the app in English, Chinese, or Spanish, in light or dark mode M2M Host is for Month2Month's vendor partners. You need an account from Month2Month to sign in; there's no public sign-up. If you work with Month2Month and need access, contact your Month2Month coordinator.
