Every reading on the meter comes from your phone's magnetometer — the same sensor the compass uses — and when a phone has no magnetometer, GhostScope says so on screen instead of making one up. WHAT THIS IS GhostScope reads the magnetometer and the microphone your phone already has. Those are real sensors and everything shown is a real reading.
