MitiBuild AI keeps the books for a construction crew: the money on a site, the purchases, the days worked and the payroll. It was written for crews in the UAE, and it is free in full — no paid tier, no subscription, no adverts. MONEY AND PURCHASES • Every site has its own cash box. Income, expenses and transfers between the crew's own boxes, with a running balance you can trust. • Sums are kept in whole fils. No rounding drift, no kopeck that went missing. • Photograph a receipt and the app reads the shop, the date and the total on the phone itself. A whole stack can go in at once — the batch from the chat group, a delivery note of several pages. • Category hints learn from what the crew already writes down, so the tenth receipt asks fewer questions than the first. • Before it saves, the app queries what looks wrong: an extra zero, a note dated last month, a till that would go negative. PEOPLE AND PAY • A cash advance is tracked to the last fils. It can be handed to a colleague or returned to the till inside the app; until the receiver taps "got it", the money still counts against whoever gave it. • Timesheet the way a bookkeeper keeps one: people in rows, days of the month in columns, a tap cycles blank, worked, day off. • A monthly salary is divided by the planned working days and accrued per marked day; a day rate is paid per day worked. • Payroll shows bonuses, fines, what was paid in cash and by card, and what is left to pay. • Roles decide what is visible. An accountant sees the money. A foreman sees his own site and his own advance. A worker sees neither. TRADESMEN AND WORK • A catalogue of tradesmen — electricians, tilers, painters, plasterers — with their trades, their rates and the work they have done. • Hire a person onto a site, or put a whole job out to contract and compare the price and the term each tradesman answers with. • A works feed: finished work in photographs and a short clip, with likes and replies. • Nobody's phone number is in the catalogue. People write to each other inside the app. WHAT THE APP DOES NOT DO It moves, holds and settles no money. There is no bank, no card network, no wallet, no payment field anywhere in it. Cash passes from hand to hand outside the app; the app writes the fact down. A price in a contract posting is text, nothing more. WITHOUT A CONNECTION Signed in to a crew, you can read everything and write nothing — that is deliberate, so two phones never invent two different truths. The personal bookkeeping notebook works with no account and no network at all. USER CONTENT The rules are accepted before the first post. Bad language is hidden as it is written. Every post, reply, profile, photo, posting and message can be reported, and any person can be blocked. Reports are answered within 24 hours.
