Miloma: Parenting Guide 0–6

Miloma is a warm daily guide for parents of children aged 0 to 6. Instead of endless searching, every morning you get four short, concrete ideas — tailored to your child's age and temperament. Everything in one place: child development, activities and games, growth tracking, teething, vaccinations, recipes and tips. 🧭 A PLAN FOR EVERY DAY Four cards each day: nutrition, development, play and routine. Short and practical, no theory. Over 500 activities that don't repeat — every day brings something new. 💡 AN IDEA FOR THE RIGHT MOMENT Got 10 minutes? Outside? In the car? Waiting somewhere? One tap and Miloma suggests an activity made for that exact situation. 🌊 DEVELOPMENTAL PHASES — "is this normal?" Sleep regressions, separation anxiety, tantrums, the "no!" phase, fear of the dark, the endless "why?". Miloma recognises which phase your child is in and explains what's happening, how to ride it out and when to check with a professional. 📏 GROWTH & BODY A height and weight diary with official WHO percentiles and a growth chart (a trend, not a grade). A visual teething calendar, an age-based vaccination schedule, approximate shoe size and clothing size — calculated from your child's actual measured height. 🎯 SKILL CHECK & GAMES A quick check shows where your child is across areas (gross and fine motor, speech, logic, emotions). Eight mini games you play together: letters, numbers, shapes, colors, first words, spatial relations, size comparison and "Little Athlete" motor challenges. 🌱 YOUR GARDEN Every shared moment waters one of five plants. The garden shows YOUR attention and your time together — it never measures or grades your child. A new one is planted every week; past weeks live in the Glasshouse. 🥣 QUICK RECIPES Breakfast, snacks, lunch and treats — fast, healthy and age-appropriate, automatically filtered by the allergies in your child's profile. Every recipe has a "your child can help" step, because you cook together. 🤱 THE FIRST YEAR WITHOUT PANIC Breastfeeding and baby feeding: what's normal, what helps and when to call for help. Practical and judgment-free — bottle and combo feeding are equally welcome. 💛 FOR YOU Few apps think about the parent too: guilt-free self-care, what to do when you snap, sharing the load with your partner, and a little perspective. 🎉 MILESTONES & WEEKLY RECAP Record every first — first step, first word, first day of preschool — and share a proud little card. Each week, a short, shareable summary of everything you did. 🔔 REMINDERS A gentle daily reminder, plus a heads-up when your child enters a new age group and unlocks a fresh pack of activities. 🔒 PRIVACY FIRST All data stays on your device only. Miloma collects nothing, sends nothing, sells nothing. No account, no ads, no tracking. You can export a backup file yourself and move it to another phone. Available in Serbian and English.
