Mgask Driver

Mqask Rider App is a dedicated mobile application designed specifically for delivery agents and professional measurers working with tailoring shops across Saudi Arabia. The app plays a vital role in connecting customers, riders, and tailors—ensuring accurate measurements, smooth order handling, and reliable fabric pickup and delivery services. Built to support the traditional Saudi tailoring industry, especially custom Thobe stitching, Mqask Rider simplifies the entire on-ground process for riders while maintaining accuracy, transparency, and speed. 🚴 Rider Registration & Profile Riders can easily register within the app by providing their personal and professional details. Once approved, they gain access to assigned orders from tailoring shops. Each rider has a secure profile that tracks their activities and assigned tasks. 📦 Order Management Riders receive real-time order requests directly in the app. Each order includes complete details such as customer address, service type (measurement, fabric pickup, delivery), and tailoring shop information. Riders can accept or reject orders based on availability, ensuring flexibility and efficiency. 📏 Customer Measurement Collection One of the core features of the Mqask Rider App is digital measurement recording. When visiting a customer’s location, riders can accurately record body measurements required for stitching a Thobe or other garments. All measurements are entered directly into the app and are instantly sent to the assigned tailor, eliminating manual errors, paperwork, and delays. 🧵 Tailor Integration Measurements and order updates are synced in real time with the tailor’s system. This ensures tailors receive precise data immediately, helping them start stitching without waiting or confusion. This seamless communication improves turnaround time and customer satisfaction. 🚚 Pickup & Delivery Services Riders can handle: Fabric pickup from customers or shops Delivery of unstitched fabrics Delivery of stitched garments back to customers Each step is tracked, creating a transparent and reliable delivery experience.
