Alliance CARE is a Substitute Workforce management application for web and mobile devices. Using Alliance CARE, Substitute Agencies that focus on Early Childhood Education substitute placement can onboard substitutes, manage licensing portfolios to ensure regulatory compliance, interact with ECE Providers who request substitute placement via the solution, and assign substitutes to meet their staffing needs. Substitutes can receive placement requests via their mobile app, view the placement details, and then Accept or Decline the placement instantly. On the day of the placement, substitutes can track their time via the app and provide feedback back to their agency about the placement at the end of the day.

What's new

I this release of Alliance CARE we've: - Added a capability for Agency user to fix an incorrect role on a job after the job is complete. - Limited the Roles a Provider can select when opening a request for placement to those appropriate for Homes and Centers respectively - Improved the visual clarity of yellow feedback stars for people using the light UI theme.
