Mealawe Rider

Mealawe Rider is the official delivery-partner app for Mealawe, built to make your workday simple, organized, and transparent — from clocking in to getting paid. GET STARTED IN MINUTES Sign in with just your phone number and OTP — no passwords to remember. Complete a quick one-time registration and permission setup (location, camera, notifications) and you're ready to start accepting deliveries. Onboarding walks you through everything you need — vehicle details, identity documents, and bank/payout information — so support and payments are set up correctly from day one. SIMPLE SHIFT CHECK-IN Start your shift with a quick selfie and location check-in at your assigned kitchen — this keeps attendance accurate and ensures every shift is verified before deliveries begin. ORGANIZED, ROUTE-BASED ORDERS See all of today's assigned deliveries in one clean list, grouped by route. No more juggling calls or messages to figure out what's next — your Home screen shows exactly what needs to be picked up and delivered, in order. GUIDED PICKUP-TO-DELIVERY FLOW Every order moves through a clear set of stages — pickup, ready, out for delivery, and complete — so you always know the current status and the next action to take. Tap into any order to see full pickup and drop addresses, customer details, and a live progress tracker. LIVE GPS TRACKING Your location is tracked in real time while you're on a delivery, so customers and the kitchen always know where their order is. Built-in map navigation helps you get from pickup to drop-off efficiently, even on unfamiliar routes. PROOF OF DELIVERY Capture a photo at drop-off to confirm successful delivery — protecting you and the customer with a clear, timestamped record for every completed order. TRACK YOUR EARNINGS Your Wallet gives you a real-time breakdown of salary, incentives, and bonuses, so you always know what you've earned and what's coming. Review your attendance history and past orders anytime to keep track of your work, and see exactly how each completed shift and delivery adds up to your final payout. STAY IN THE LOOP Push notifications keep you updated the moment a new order is assigned, a shift's status changes, or an incentive is credited — no need to keep checking the app. MANAGE YOUR PROFILE Update your profile details, vehicle information, and identity documents directly from the app whenever they change, without waiting on support.
