MindTone generates real-time binaural tones to support your meditation, study sessions, rest, and tinnitus relief. What are binaural tones? When each ear receives a slightly different frequency, the brain perceives a third tone — the binaural beat — which can guide the mind into different states depending on its frequency: - Delta (0.5–4 Hz) — deep sleep and recovery - Theta (4–8 Hz) — deep meditation and creativity - Alpha (8–14 Hz) — calm and relaxed focus - Beta (14–30 Hz) — alertness and active concentration - Gamma (30–100 Hz) — elevated cognitive processing How MindTone works Choose a preset, adjust the frequency to your liking, and let the sound do its work. The app generates tones directly on your device — no internet connection required. Free version Access Delta, Theta, and Alpha presets, with up to 10 minutes of daily playback — enough to explore and feel the effect. Pro version Unlock all presets, full frequency ranges, and unlimited session duration. One single payment, forever. Tip: use headphones.
