ManeOS

ManeOS is the operating system for modern hair salons: calendar, checkout, client records, colour formulas, rostering and more, built for the salon floor. This app is for the team at salons that already use ManeOS. There is no sign-up in the app. Your salon owner or manager creates your login, and you sign in with the email and password they give you. What you can see and do depends on your salon's ManeOS plan and the access your salon has given you. YOUR DAY • Run the day's calendar for yourself or the whole team • Book, move, reschedule and cancel appointments, including repeat bookings and breaks • Start and stop service timers while a colour processes • Answer online booking requests and keep a waitlist for cancellations • Fill in the salon's consultation form with the client at the chair CLIENTS • Search the client book and add clients • See a client's visits, colour formula history, loyalty and account credit • Call or email a client, or text them from the salon's number • Send a client a deposit request for their booking • Check the salon's loyalty tiers and who is close to the next one • Optionally add the salon's clients to your phone's contacts, so calls and texts from clients show their names CHECKOUT • See who is ready to pay, and ring up services and retail products • Apply discounts and gift vouchers • Take payment in cash, on the salon's card terminal or on a client's saved card, and email the receipt • Check a day's takings and copy the cash-up YOUR TEAM • Message a colleague, or send one note to the whole team • Get notifications for bookings, booking requests, cancellations and messages • See your own numbers for the day, week and month • Set goals, share wins and see upcoming education in ManeTeams • View your roster, request leave, and check your leave balance and pay details • Owners and managers can edit and publish the roster, approve leave, set usual working hours and run hiring interviews STOCK • Count stock by scanning product barcodes with your phone's camera ManeOS is built by a stylist, for stylists.
