SHOW COVERAGE, DON'T DESCRIBE IT Protection is presented as coverage of the cart itself: battery, motor, body, display, tires and wheels. A customer can see what is protected and what is not, which is a very different conversation from a list of plan names and prices. FEES AND TOTALS THAT MATCH THE PAPERWORK Dealer fees are applied by the dealership's own configuration, so the figure on screen is the figure on the agreement. Nothing is re-keyed and nothing drifts between the quote and the contract. SIGNED ON THE SPOT The customer signs on the tablet. The waiver and the protection agreement are generated, signed and filed in the same sitting, and a copy is emailed to the customer before they leave.
