LS Star Plans

LS Star Plans is a fully offline risk relationship mapper for planners, analysts, managers, and anyone who needs to understand how risks connect. Instead of keeping risks in a simple list, build a visual network that shows how one event can trigger, amplify, depend on, or contribute to another. Create detailed risk records with severity, likelihood, category, time horizon, owner, mitigation plan, and status. Combine severity and likelihood into an exposure score, then organize risks into clear bands from Low through Critical. This makes it easier to identify urgent issues and focus attention where it matters most. Connect risks using typed relationships such as triggers, amplifies, depends on, contributes to, reduces, and blocks. Add relationship strength and optional delays to represent how effects may move through your network. Explore an interactive graph that keeps connected risks understandable, even as your network grows. Select any risk to trace upstream or downstream cascades and discover how consequences can spread across multiple steps. Cycle-safe tracing helps reveal complex paths without getting trapped in circular relationships. Lototstar Plans organize risks into clusters and compare their size, average exposure, critical risks, and mitigation coverage. Use what-if scenarios to adjust risk values or relationship strengths and compare different assumptions before making decisions. A local dashboard highlights useful signals, including highly connected risks, major clusters, long cascades, isolated risks, and circular dependencies. An on-device history also records changes for easier review. Lototstar Plans works without an account, cloud service, or internet connection. Your information stays on your device. Use it for project planning, operational reviews, business continuity preparation, supplier assessments, delivery planning, or stress-testing decisions. Map your risks, follow their connections, test possible outcomes, and understand where one event could lead next—all privately and offline.
