Better Boxy

Keep every stage of your operation visible with Better Boxy, an offline operations monitoring tool for production floors, laboratories, repair workshops, processing teams, and small businesses. Track workloads, monitor queues, identify bottlenecks, and spot problems before they disrupt your workflow, all from one organized dashboard. Monitor Stage Performance Create stages with defined capacities, expected throughput, and customizable warning and critical thresholds. View live utilization percentages and color-coded health statuses, including Normal, Watch, High, and Critical. Built-in bottleneck detection helps identify stages that slow down the entire operation. Manage Work with Queue Lanes Move work items through six stages: Queued, Active, Checking, Blocked, Completed, and Failed. Assign priorities from Low to Critical, search records, sort lists, and filter by stage, status, priority, or delayed work. Keep important tasks visible as workloads change. Record Checks and Issues Log pass-or-fail operational checks for individual stages and work items. Record issues by severity and category, including quality, capacity, delays, process problems, and system faults. Add resolution notes and track recurring issues to maintain a useful operational history. Understand Daily Performance Review daily summaries covering incoming work, completions, delays, failures, and peak utilization. Add notes to explain important events. Historical insights reveal trends in throughput, queue pressure, delay rates, inspection results, and recurring problems. See Alerts at a Glance Use the live dashboard to monitor stage health, utilization, overloads, queue spikes, delayed items, failed checks, and bottlenecks. Adjustable thresholds help you apply consistent monitoring rules across new stages. Private and Fully Offline BetBoxy stores your operational records in an on-device database. No account, server, cloud synchronization, or internet connection is required for normal use. The app collects no tracking data and does not access your camera, microphone, photos, or location. Customize default capacities, alert thresholds, and display density to match your workflow. Optional sample data lets you explore the features before adding real records. Replace scattered notes, whiteboards, and spreadsheets with a clearer operational overview. Install BetBoxy, configure your stages, and start monitoring your workflow in minutes.
