LawSphere: Legal Network

We are a private network of verified attorneys that provides a safe, confidential environment for lawyers to collaborate, evaluate tools, vendors, and service providers, market their services, discuss best practices and latest developments, crowd-source solutions, and serve the needs of the legal ecosystem. Find or create your community – by location, group, shared interests, practice areas, or associations. Anyone can create a public or private group and invite others to join. Form real relationships – not meaningless connections. Attend events in your area. Everyone gets access to a local calendar with all of the legal events in your area. Traveling? Look for events in other cities. Any lawyer, group, or association can create an event and invite others to attend. Stuck in the office? Attend online live events and meet others that way. Showcase your skills. Show off your awards. Did you know that other than getting business from existing clients, the number one way that lawyers get new business is from other lawyers? Build out your profile, post and comment to get noticed, upload your podcast, speeches, white papers, and documents you want to share. And be sure to upload and link your hard-earned awards so they are immediately visible to people looking at your profile. Get collective wisdom. Make an anonymous post and ask your fellow lawyers for advice. Crowd source referrals to other lawyers and vendors. Gain insight into judges, administrative bodies, and examiners. Access CLE, podcasts, videos, documents, white papers, and other resources that matter to you. Get new business anytime and anywhere. Jump in on a discussion from the carpool lane, respond to an @mention from your kid’s soccer game. Introverted or hate networking? Build an online presence by posting and commenting, uploading content, and building out your profile. Get new business from your phone or computer. Be found. We know the questions to ask to make sure the right lawyer is recommended for a matter and we have created search fields you won’t find other places. When asked for a referral to a great employment lawyer – do they represent the employer or employee? This distinction matters. Do they have particular areas of focus? Do they litigate? On LawSphere you can search for lawyers by practice areas, industries, areas of focus, location, deal type, deal value, court admissions, verdict and arbitration awards, and more. We are constantly fine tuning this to make sure you are found. Be relevant. Is legal news being made? Don’t wait for the press to report it. Go Live on Lawsphere and let the legal community know immediately. Go Live from the steps of the courthouse, go live from an event. Let your fellow lawyers know what you are witnessing or experiencing in the moment. Like Linkedin, but so much better. Yeah, we’ve heard the comparison. But with LawSphere, you know you are talking to actual, verified lawyers. Not bots. Not fake lawyers. Your people. And you can filter your feed – to focus on what you care about. Filter by category, location, or Water Cooler (our special feed for memes and humor). All those LinkedIn connections? They are pretty meaningless. At LawSphere, we believe in facilitating real relationships and as we continue to build you will find more tools to do just that.
