LarasReport: Service Report

Turn a job at the customer's site into a finished service report as a PDF. LarasReport records work performed, hours, materials and photos on site, even without an internet connection. Buy once. No ads. No account. WHO IT IS FOR Tradespeople, service technicians and freelancers who need to document work at the customer's site and hand over the report before they leave. WHAT GOES INTO THE REPORT Enter sender details, customer, work location, date, reference, work performed and total hours. Add up to 30 material lines and up to 25 photos with notes. Drafts are saved on your device as you go, so you can continue later. CUSTOMER CONFIRMATION If you wish, your customer confirms the report with their name and an on-screen signature, and the device time is recorded. If you change the contents afterwards, the app removes the confirmation. The on-screen signature is not a qualified electronic signature, and there is no identity check. Whether it counts as acceptance of the work depends on your agreement with the customer. CREATE AND SHARE THE PDF The A4 PDF is created on your device. Use the Android share menu to choose which app receives it, for example your email app. What the chosen app does with the PDF is outside LarasReport's control. MANUAL BACKUP In the menu under "Data & backup", create a backup file and save it wherever you choose. Before restoring, the app shows how many reports will be added; existing reports stay unchanged. There is no automatic backup. Without your own backup file, reports are lost if the device is lost, the app is uninstalled or its data is cleared. A shared PDF cannot be imported back as an editable report. YOUR DATA STAYS ON YOUR DEVICE LarasReport has no internet permission, needs no sign-in and uploads nothing automatically. Photos are stored without location and camera metadata. Automatic Android cloud backup is disabled for the app. WHAT LARASREPORT IS NOT It does not create invoices, track working time per employee, sync between devices or replace a records archive that meets legal retention rules.
