Service Report Pro: Field Tech

Service Report Pro helps field techs and service technicians create field service and maintenance reports on an Android phone, with photo evidence, technician and customer signatures, and PDF and Excel export. Use it as a service order, work order record or job log for every visit: document the job on site and hand over a file with your company logo when you finish. Works offline: the report, photos, signatures and the PDF and Excel files are created and saved on your phone. No account needed. HOW IT WORKS 1. Enter the job details: technician, customer, contact, service type (warranty, service order or customer PO), equipment model and serial number, report number and reported issue. 2. Log each activity performed with its description, photos and open or completed status. 3. Add improvement opportunities, root cause of the failure and follow-up actions or agreements. 4. Technician and customer sign directly on the screen. 5. Generate the PDF or Excel file and share it via WhatsApp, email or other apps. A copy is also saved in Downloads/Reportes_Servicio. PHOTO EVIDENCE • Take photos with the camera or pick several from the gallery. • Mark the problem with arrows, circles, rectangles, lines, freehand drawing and text, with your choice of color and stroke width. • Add a note to each photo; it appears under the image in the PDF and Excel file. PDF AND EXCEL REPORTS • A4 PDF with header, customer and equipment details, activities, photos, conclusions and sign-off signatures. • Excel file (.xlsx) with the same sections, photos, logo and signatures, for tracking and internal records. • Automatic file name with date, customer, model and serial number. • Report labels follow the app language (English or Spanish), and you can set your own document title. YOUR BRAND ON EVERY REPORT • Logo, brand color (palette or HEX code) and document title: technical service report, work order, maintenance, inspection or your own. • Company name, tax ID, phone, email, address, website and a footer with your warranty terms. CUSTOMERS AND HISTORY • Customer list with contact person, address and email. • Import your customer list from Excel using the downloadable template, or export it to Excel. • Add a customer from your phone contacts. • Report history with a month filter: open the PDF or Excel file, or edit a past job and generate it again. PRIVACY Your reports, photos, signatures and customers are stored on your phone. An internet connection is used for the Google Play subscription (activating, restoring and checking its status) and when you choose to share a file or open a link.
