Get outside. Calm your mind. TreeQulity is a Forest Therapy app that will help you deepen your connection to nature and improve your state of mind. TreeQuility’s guided Forest Therapy meditations will lull you into a state of peaceful relaxation with the soothing comforts of nature. Just plant yourself outside, in a big or small green space, and connect with the healing power of Forest Therapy. Forest Therapy has evolved to become a therapeutic practice that combines nature immersion with a broad range of mindfulness techniques. Research has proven that Forest Therapy can help decrease stress, boost your immune system and improve your overall mental health. TreeQuility’s introductory sessions explain the brief history and origins of Forest Therapy. The app will give you the tools to create your own practice. TreeQuility will open your eyes to see that nature is all around you – all it takes is shifting your perspective. You can find greenspace to try TreeQuility’s Forest Therapy sessions in large forests, your local grassy knoll or even beside a potted succulent plant inside your home. The TreeQuility App will conveniently locate any partnering parks or gardens and allow you to enjoy these spaces in a new, immersive way.
