LabourBase QR turns a tablet into a dedicated on-site sign-in kiosk for construction and site-based teams. Mount the device at your site entrance, pair it once to a project, and it displays that project's sign-in QR code fullscreen all day. Workers scan the code with the main LabourBase app to sign in. Anyone without the app — or without their phone — can still sign in or out directly on the kiosk. KEY FEATURES Fullscreen project QR code The paired project's QR code fills the screen and refreshes automatically, so it is always current and always scannable. One-time 8-character pairing Enter the project's 8-character pairing code once. The device remembers the project and re-confirms it on every launch and when it returns to the foreground. An "Unpair" option clears the device at any time. Manual sign-in and sign-out A worker enters their mobile number, the kiosk finds their record, and the front camera takes a verification photo. If they already have an open session, the kiosk signs them out instead — again with a photo — so site managers can confirm attendance later. Visitor sign-in Visitors enter their name, company and mobile number. Company names autocomplete against your existing company records, and the visitor receives a welcome message. Site information on screen Each kiosk shows the project name, location, the company logo, and the site manager's name and phone number as a tap-to-call button. Built for permanent kiosk use The screen stays awake, the status bar is hidden, orientation is locked, and the layout adapts to both portrait and landscape mounting. Over-the-air updates keep site devices current without anyone touching them. LabourBase QR is a companion app for organisations already using LabourBase.
