The drawings give only the entry and exit elevations, but the excavator operator needs pegs every 5 metres. Enter the start and end elevations and the length — the app works out the elevation for any station. Levelling is covered too: a design elevation of 100.005 with a constant of −98.865 becomes a staff reading of 1.140 m.
