Full description
KPFC LC is the official field operations app for KPFC staff and contractors. It streamlines three core workflows: 📦 Dispatch Customer Goods Scan invoice QR codes to mark customer orders as dispatched. 📥 Receive Goods From Warehouse Scan the QR code on a printed dispatch document to confirm receipt of goods into your shop. Review each item, flag discrepancies (short, damaged, missing, extra), and submit with notes. ✅ Approve Returns Scan return invoice QR codes to approve customer returns quickly and accurately. Key features: • QR code scanning with camera — fast and hands-free • PIN lock for security • Works on Android 7.0 and above Built for KPFC field teams to speed up daily operations and reduce paperwork. Location for return approvals For geofenced shop-return approvals, KPFC LC uses your current precise or approximate location while the app is open to verify the approval occurs at the assigned shop. Location is not collected in the background.

What's new

Customer returns now support two evidence flows: cashier mistakes use the requesting cashier photo and separate LC/investor permissions; goods returned use an LC photo upload with explicit LC acknowledgement, then investor permission and final Admin printing approval. Existing return workflows remain supported. Goods-return evidence requires the matching shop and Admin rollout.
