KORENA Partner

KORENA Partner is a work app for KORENA partner timber yards and workshops. It is not a shopping app and it is not for public use. You need an account created by KORENA after your yard or workshop joins as a partner. Use the app to prepare individual slabs and finished wood pieces for sale on korena.eu. You keep the physical stock. KORENA reviews and publishes the listing, and handles the buyer and the payment. What you can do: - Sign in with the account KORENA created for you. - Choose the yard you are working in, if you belong to more than one. - List a slab with phone photos, tape readings, species and price. - Add a short voice note about the piece. KORENA writes the listing text from your voice note. - Submit slabs for KORENA review before they go live on korena.eu. - List finished pieces such as tables, benches, countertops and shelves with photos, typed dimensions, price and quantity. - Stick a pre-printed KORENA QR label on the piece and scan it to link the label to the listing. - Photograph origin documents needed for the EUDR passport. - See the yard inventory by status: draft, in review, live and sold. - Search by piece number or scan a QR label to open the piece. - Mark a piece as sold at the yard so it leaves korena.eu at once. - Get a push notification when a piece sells on korena.eu. - Open the order, accept it, prepare it, record the transport ticket and mark it shipped or handed over. - Open invoices, protocols and payout advices issued by KORENA to your yard as PDF files. KORENA Partner is made for work in real yards, where the connection is not always strong. Drafts and photos are kept on the phone and uploaded when the connection is back. Languages: all 24 official EU languages. To become a KORENA partner, write to [email protected] or apply at korena.eu.
