TRAIN WITH A REAL GUIDE Follow every movement set by set, use form cues and local exercise references, log reps and load, time rest, replace exercises, and choose exactly one workout recorder: your phone, Kivo on Wear OS or another Health Connect app. Kivo’s persistent workout controls stay in sync with the live session. On Wear OS, a glanceable Tile, watch-face complication and ongoing workout indicator keep the current session one tap away. LOG FOOD YOUR WAY Describe a meal, choose a photo, scan a barcode, search Canadian foods and restaurant items, reuse a familiar meal or connect an optional Bluetooth food scale. Kivo makes every estimate editable before saving. Food photos are classified on device and are excluded from backup and device transfer. Set a guided calorie and macro starting point or control protein, carbohydrates, fat and fiber yourself. Save allergies, exclusions, favorite foods and clinician guidance so your nutrition tracker keeps the context that matters. UNDERSTAND THE WHOLE DAY With your permission, Health Connect can bring steps, energy, workouts, sleep, resting-heart, HRV and respiratory trends into one calm view. Write access is controlled separately for Kivo-created meals, workouts and hydration. Health Connect, Wear OS and Bluetooth scales are optional. See exactly how daily energy balance was estimated, review seven-day movement receipts and add a missed walk, sport session or workout manually. Kivo never adds workout calories twice, and missing Health Connect data stays unknown—not zero. TALK TO KIVO Use Gemini or Google Assistant actions to start, pause, resume and review a workout; log water; record weight; check in; add pantry items; save favorite meals; open activity history; or undo the latest reversible Kivo change. Kivo routes every system entry point through the same validated native action layer. CHOOSE YOUR AI Use managed KivoAI, private on-device Gemini Nano on supported devices or connect a provider you control. Direct provider keys are protected by Android Keystore. Health-derived trends require a separate opt-in for managed KivoAI or Gemini Nano: managed KivoAI receives only compact trends, Gemini Nano keeps them on device and direct providers never receive them.
