KidzMaps Provider

KidzMaps Provider is the mobile companion to your KidzMaps provider dashboard. It's built for the people running camps, classes and activities on the ground — owners, managers, instructors and front-desk staff — who need today's roster and check-in in their pocket, not on a desktop. WHAT YOU CAN DO • Check campers in and out, one at a time or all at once. Today's roster is cached on open, so check-in keeps working when venue Wi-Fi doesn't. • See your camper roster with allergies, medical notes, forms status and attendance. • View your schedule, upcoming sessions and head counts. • Manage bookings, waitlists and capacity. • Post camp updates and message enrolled families. • Handle schedule changes and make-up classes. • Track payouts and update your settings. • Reach KidzMaps support. WHO IT'S FOR This app is for activity providers who list on KidzMaps. It is not for parents — families discover, book and manage activities at kidzmaps.com. Sign in with the provider account you already use on the web; new provider accounts are created at kidzmaps.com. STAFF ROLES Owner, manager, staff and instructor roles carry over from your dashboard. Instructors see only the classes assigned to them. Creating and editing listings, email campaigns, website embeds, report exports and team management stay on the desktop dashboard. KidzMaps is a marketplace for kids' camps, classes and activities, serving Tampa Bay and beyond. Questions: [email protected]
