Kheep AI

Kheep AI is the shop assistant that never closes. Record a sale, know what's left on the shelf, see who still owes you, and find out what you actually made this month — all from one app, on the phone you already carry. Built in Nigeria, for merchants who trade in real conditions: crowded counters, busy hands, and a network that comes and goes. WORKS WHEN THE NETWORK DOESN'T This is the part most apps get wrong. Kheep AI does not freeze when your data drops. Ring up a sale with no bars at all: it saves on your phone and syncs itself the moment you're back online. Your customer never waits for a loading spinner. SELL AND KEEP COUNT • Record a sale in a few taps, cash or transfer • Stock counts itself down as you sell — no separate stocktake • Get told before something runs out, not after • See what's close to expiring while you can still move it • Spot the items sitting on your shelf doing nothing • Count your stock properly with guided stock audits KNOW WHO OWES YOU The credit book, without the paper. Record what a customer took on credit, log part-payments as they come, and open the app to a straight answer on who owes you and how much. No more arguing over a torn notebook. REAL PROFIT, NOT JUST TAKINGS Money in the till isn't profit. Kheep AI keeps your cost against every item, tracks your expenses, and shows what's actually left after you've paid for goods, rent, fuel and everything else. See it by day, by month, by product, by customer. IF YOU WORK TO ORDER Caterers, tailors, printers, furniture makers — Kheep AI costs jobs, not just counter sales. Quote an order, log materials and labour against it, mark it delivered, and see exactly what that job earned you. Pull materials straight from your own stock and the cost follows automatically. BUY WELL AND PAY SUPPLIERS ON TIME Log purchases, keep a running balance with every supplier, and record payments against it. Restocking updates your inventory in the same step — enter it once. YOUR STAFF, YOUR RULES Give each staff member their own PIN and only the access they should have. See who sold what. Owners get quiet alerts when a day's numbers don't look right — a till that's short, a discount pattern that doesn't add up. AN ASSISTANT THAT KNOWS YOUR SHOP Kheep AI learns how your business actually trades — your busy hours, your fast movers, your reliable customers. Wake up to a short briefing on what needs your attention today, and ask questions in plain language: "what should I restock?", "who are my best customers?", "how did last week go?" ALSO INSIDE • Digital receipts your customers can keep • Run more than one shop from one account • Import your existing product list to get started fast • Recurring expenses logged automatically • Everything backed up, so a lost phone isn't a lost business PRICING Start with a 30-day free trial — full access, no card needed.
