PickWeb: Scanner for teams

Streamline your operations. Right on the ground. Paper registers, scattered notes, and “what is still pending?” — that is the daily reality on the shop floor. PickWeb brings guided tasks, scanning, and team tracking into one simple app, so your people can focus on getting orders right, not chasing paperwork. Built for retail stores, warehouses, and dispatch teams who need to move fast and stay organised. Core Features: Task Management: Create and track guided pick tasks. See what is pending, in progress, and completed — with live progress as your team works. Smart Scanner: Scan with your phone camera or a barcode gun. Quick mode for simple counts; guided mode for mapped pick lists with quantity checks. Product Search: Search your product master by name, code, or barcode — know what you are picking before you pick it. Team Sync: See who is active on a task in real time. Everyone stays aligned from the shop floor to the back office. Works Offline: Keep scanning when the network is weak. Your work syncs when you are back online. Reports: Share task summaries for easy closing and handover at the end of the day. Why use this app? We built PickWeb for the people who keep the business running — store staff, warehouse pickers, and floor supervisors. One workspace on web for admins; one clear app on mobile for the ground team. Less confusion, fewer errors, and everyone on the same page. Join PickWeb to get started. Manage daily operations with more control - right where the work happens.
