Kata Patti

Katapatti is a native business app for merchants and commission agents who manage purchase inward, sales dispatch, stock, payments and daily accounts. Built for mandi-style produce trading, Katapatti helps you keep every transaction organised from mobile: - Create purchase inward lots with farmer, agent, nishani, grade, bags, weight and rate details. - Auto-calculate purchase and sales charges from bags, weight and amount. - Create sales invoices and share purchase or sales PDFs through WhatsApp. - Track buyer collections, farmer payments, agent payments and expenses. - View dashboard metrics, activity charts, rate charts, last purchase/sales entries and current stock. - Maintain farmer, party, commodity, grade, charge and expense masters. - Access reports for purchase inward, sales dispatch, stock and outstanding balances. Katapatti keeps your business data separated by organisation account and works with your existing Katapatti web backend at katapatti.com.
