Kargoplex Forwarder

Kargoplex Forwarder is the freight desk you can run from anywhere. • Never miss an enquiry Shipment leads and RFQs land in one inbox. Respond while the enquiry is still warm, from wherever you are. • Let an AI agent take first contact Your agent greets inbound enquiries, gathers the details you always end up asking for, and hands the conversation to you when it matters. Take over with a single tap — and when you hand it back, tell the agent exactly where to pick up. • Quote from your own rates Answer with rates you control, on the lanes, modes and load types you actually serve, and show shippers precisely what your coverage looks like. • Run the job, not the inbox Move shipments through their milestones, update statuses, manage containers and loads, and keep the shipper informed without a single status-chase email. • Documents where they belong Bills of lading, packing lists and customs paperwork stay attached to the shipment they came from. • Clearance and co-fulfillment Handle customs clearance and work alongside partner forwarders inside the same shipment, instead of across three channels. • Invoicing and payouts Raise invoices against a job, track what's outstanding, and follow your payouts through to settlement. • Claim your company profile Already listed on Kargoplex? Verify your company, confirm your details, complete KYC and take ownership of your profile — entirely from your phone. Built for forwarders of every size, from a two-person agency to a multi-branch operation.
