Most fitness apps are a spreadsheet you fill in alone. That is why people stop using them in February. KamiTrack tracks the same things — steps, runs, workouts, food, water — and then puts your friends next to them. Chat, games, a leaderboard and a place to share what you did are built in, not bolted on. Doing this alone is how people quit. TRACK YOUR DAY • Steps counted all day, whether or not the app is open • Distance, active hours and water, each with its own goal ring • GPS run tracking with your route drawn on a map • Workout plans you follow set by set, with optional reminders • Tasks and reminders alongside the rest of your day EAT WITHOUT COUNTING BY HAND • Photograph a meal and get calories, protein, carbs, fat and fibre • Every meal keeps its own photo, so you can see what you actually ate • Open a week to get each day broken into the meals you had, newest first • Add your own free Google Gemini key for your own allowance instead of the shared one WEIGHT GOALS THAT DO NOT LIE TO YOU Set a target and Goals estimates where you are from what you logged and how far you moved, then tells you how long the target will take at your current rate. It updates once a day, for days that are finished — nobody weighs themselves after lunch and believes the number. Unlogged days count as maintenance rather than an invented deficit, so it under-reports before it ever over-reports. INTERMITTENT FASTING Pick 16:8, 18:6, OMAD or write your own window. Start a fast, watch the clock, keep the history. Reminders stay off unless you ask for them. FRIENDS, NOT FOLLOWERS • Chat one to one or in groups, with photos, GIFs, replies, reactions and pinned messages • Translate any message into your own language with one tap • Post moments that expire, so your profile is what you are doing now • Share a run, a workout or a fasting plan as a card — and whoever receives a workout or fasting plan can copy it straight into their own, not just look at it • A leaderboard, streaks and badges for the people who keep showing up GAMES WITH THE PEOPLE YOU ALREADY TALK TO Chess, four-player Frenzy, Sudoku, Word Race and Block Puzzle — played inside a chat or a group, against friends or against bots when nobody is around. Everyone gets the same pieces in the same order, so the scoreboard measures play rather than luck. MAKE IT YOURS Light, dark or follow your system, with a colour theme you pick. Set a cover, a profile artwork you position yourself, an avatar frame, and a short piece of music that plays when someone visits your profile. Badges collect as you earn them — first 5K, week streaks, month streaks and a good number you have not found yet. HELPER An assistant that answers questions about the app itself. It runs on your own free Gemini key, which is stored on your phone and never reaches our servers. FIVE LANGUAGES English, Bahasa Melayu, Bahasa Indonesia, 简体中文 and தமிழ் — the whole app, not just the menus. FREE, AND HONEST ABOUT IT Everything above works without paying. Credits are earned by signing in daily, and VIP adds a gold name, profile theme music, advanced stats, a badge and a monthly credit allowance. There is no wall in front of tracking your own day, and there never will be. YOUR DATA Location is recorded only during a run you started yourself, never in the background. Any AI key you add stays on your device. You can delete your account and everything stored against it from inside the app, in a few taps, without emailing anybody.
