Full description

Break the scroll. Reconnect with nature. Do you spend too much time looking at a screen? TouchGrass is the simple, privacy-first way to track your time in nature and reclaim your digital wellbeing. Whether you want to increase your sunlight exposure or just need a nudge to go for a walk, TouchGrass helps you find your balance. Smart Reminders, No Tracking Most trackers want your data. TouchGrass only wants you to enjoy the fresh air. Using intelligent on-device processing, the app learns your schedule and sends a gentle nudge when it’s the best time to head out—without ever sending your location to the cloud. Key Features: - Automatic Outdoor Tracking: TouchGrass uses Health Connect to privately detect when you are outdoors. By analyzing your step counts and exercise sessions (like cycling or running), the app automatically logs your "grass time" without you having to manually start a timer. This ensures a seamless experience while keeping your data 100% on-device. - Smart Nudges: Predictive alerts that suggest a break based on your habits and weather. - Goal Setting: Set daily and weekly nature targets and watch your streaks grow. - 100% Private: Your location and habits are your business. All data stays on your device. - Beautiful Progress: Clean, card-based interface inspired by nature. Privacy by Design TouchGrass is built for the privacy-conscious user. No accounts, no subscriptions, and no data collection. Just you, the grass, and your goals.
