Meal Prep Planner

Meal Prep Planner helps you plan your week of meals, build a complete grocery list automatically, and keep all your favourite recipes in one place — without the chaos of sticky notes, browser tabs, and forgotten ingredients. PLAN YOUR WEEK Assign recipes to each day of the week across up to 4 meal slots per day. Drag and drop meals between days to rearrange your plan. The app builds your grocery list automatically as you plan, so you always know exactly what to buy. STAY ON BUDGET Enter your weekly grocery budget and let the Budget Planner automatically select a combination of recipes that fits. Shuffle the selection until you find a plan you like, then add it to your week in one tap. NEVER FORGET AN INGREDIENT Your shopping list is generated automatically from your meal plan and organised by grocery store section — Produce, Meat, Dairy, Pantry, and more. Check off items as you shop. Add manual items for anything not tied to a recipe. BUILD YOUR RECIPE VAULT Store all your recipes in one place so nothing gets forgotten. Add recipes manually, import them directly from your favourite recipe websites, or duplicate and customise existing recipes to create your own variations. IMPORT FROM ANY RECIPE WEBSITE Paste a link from AllRecipes, Food Network, BBC Good Food, Tasty, or hundreds of other sites to import recipes automatically. Ingredient prices are estimated so your budget calculations work straight away. RATE AND TAKE NOTES Rate recipes with 1-5 stars and add personal notes — substitutions you made, tweaks that worked, or reminders for next time. Ratings and notes work on every recipe including the built-in ones. POWERFUL SEARCH Search by recipe name, description, tag, or ingredient. Looking for something to make with chicken? Just type "chicken" and see every recipe that uses it.
