Tap any meal to see each ingredient's grams, its USDA entry, and the multiplication that produced the total. • A shopping list that matches the plan. Grouped by aisle, priced, and checked against the budget you set. The food you eat this week and what the packs cost at the till are shown as two different numbers, because they are two different numbers. • Repeats, if you ask for them. Say you'll cook once and eat it four times and the plan does that, and tells you which meals repeat. • Your kitchen, your rules. Grocery prices are labelled as estimates, because they are. Validated nutrition is stated plainly, because it isn't. SUBSCRIPTION Mealbird is a subscription, yearly or monthly. The price in your currency is shown in the app before you buy.
