Delivery Information Delivery Information - We deliver Products within 4-7 days (Shipping included). We do not charge Shipping Expenses to our Shoppers. Returns Shoppers can claim for refunds within 3 days. Unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange after this period. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. To return your product, you have to first obtain an Return order number by contact Ertig Support. After obtaining the return order number, please ship the product to the designated address as prescribed by Ertig Support ([email protected] / https://www.zagah.com/support ). You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you is 5-7 days after received the defective product.
