IMPORTANT FenceMI requires location permission (including background access during shifts) to verify that workers are at their assigned site. Location is used solely for attendance and shift tracking — not for unrelated purposes, if user don't want to send location or stop background tracking they can simply logout from app, on dashboard admin can see that tracking stopped as not getting location since logout, so that user with tracking offline alert is visible on dashboard.
