Once the job is complete and the proper information is filled out along with the photos, all info is sent immediately to the management of the company and to the customers email address on file. There are multiple user/pass combinations as well, one for basic employee for maintenance, one for repairmen and one designated for management that has the ability to take multiple photos, record notes and deliver an in person walk through estimate with the potential customer side by side with the owner or manager and be able to agree on that estimate on the spot with a live signature from the potential customer. The final piece to the SubCity App is it’s online data center where clerical staff can monitor employees daily progress, print reports, get incoming estimates and work orders that were created in the field and of course, create the daily work schedules for each employee and assign them to the unique user/ pass associated with the correct employee. This data management center is capable of viewing the calendar, customizing reports, downloading/ emailing or printing new work orders / estimates, viewing individual employee reports and progress, getting live notifications for when an employee completes a job and many more custom features.
