**Blood Pressure Log** turns your home cuff readings into a clean record your doctor can actually use. - Rapid entry: systolic, diastolic and pulse dials that start from your last reading — tap, hold to spin, or type - Instant AHA/ACC 2017 category on a dual-arc gauge: Normal, Elevated, Stage 1, Stage 2, Hypertensive Crisis - Mean arterial pressure (MAP) and pulse pressure on every reading - Arm (left/right) and posture (sitting, lying, standing) tags; inter-arm difference check - Medication tagging per reading, adherence %, and with/without-medication comparison - Morning vs evening averages with morning-surge detection - Range-ribbon trend charts (7 / 30 / 90 days) with AHA guide lines and percentiles (P10 / median / P90) - Doctor-ready PDF report (weekly, monthly, quarterly or all) with vector chart, statistics and full logbook — plus CSV export - Hypertensive-crisis guidance with symptom check and one-tap emergency dialer - AHA home-measurement checklist and evidence-based lifestyle guide - Twice-daily reminders (7:00 / 21:00), dark & light themes, offline-first — your data stays on your phone This app is not medical advice and does not replace your doctor.
