Health Connect integration MyInstaFit optionally connects to Android Health Connect with the user's permission. The app reads steps, distance, active calories burned, exercise sessions, heart rate and sleep sessions to display daily summaries, workout history and longer-term fitness trends. Users remain in control of these permissions and can disconnect Health Connect at any time. Health data is not used for advertising or sold to third parties.
