Inntally MySpace

Inntally MySpace is the employee app for hospitality businesses that manage their staff with the Inntally workforce platform. Employees use it to see their rota, clock in and out, request time off, check their hours and payslips, complete checklists and message their managers. Who it is for This app only works with an employee account created by your employer in Inntally. There is no public sign-up. If your workplace does not use Inntally, you will not be able to sign in. Ask your manager for your sign-in details. Today - Your next shift: start time, venue, role and any notes from your manager. - Clock in, clock out and record breaks. - A summary of what has changed since you last opened the app: new shifts, approvals and messages. Shifts - Your published rota, week by week, with times, venue, role and the colleagues on the same shift. - Confirm a shift, ask for cover, offer a shift to a colleague or request a swap. - See and claim open shifts your manager has published. Requests - Request annual leave or other time off. See your leave balance and what a request would deduct before you send it. - Update your availability. - Tell your manager that you cannot attend a shift. - Report a maintenance problem, a lost property item or an incident, with photos. - Every request shows its status: received, waiting for approval, approved or declined. Pay - Your hours for the week as they move from recorded to approved to included in payroll. - Payslips as PDF files once your employer publishes them. - Your bank details for payroll, hidden until you unlock them with your fingerprint, face unlock or device PIN. Any pending change is shown separately from the account currently in use. Work - Checklists assigned to you, such as opening, closing, cleaning and safety checks, with due times and photo evidence. - Shift notes from your manager, which you acknowledge in the app. - Maintenance jobs and equipment assigned to you, including scanning an equipment tag. - Guest requests and lost property handled by your team. Team - Messages with your managers and colleagues. Messages stay within your employer's workspace. - Company news and announcements, with polls and surveys. - Recognition: send and receive kudos and nominate colleagues for awards. - Check-ins with your manager, and your skills and training record. Me - Your profile, your contract and other documents, and your workplace details. - Notification settings, privacy information and sign-out. Clocking in from your phone Some employers allow staff to clock in from their own phone. Where your employer has turned this on, the app uses your phone's location at the moment you clock in to confirm that you are at the venue. If your employer also uses facial verification, the app takes a photo with the front camera and compares it with the enrolment photo your employer holds. The app explains this before the camera opens, and attendance is only recorded once the venue's system confirms the clock-in. Where your employer allows it, a standard clock-in button without the camera is also available. Permissions and what they are used for - Location: only while you clock in from your phone, to confirm you are at the venue. The app does not use your location in the background. - Camera: only for facial clock-in, face enrolment, or attaching a photo to a report or checklist. - Notifications: optional. Shift changes, decisions on your requests, new messages and reminders. You switch them on in the Me tab. - Fingerprint, face unlock or device PIN: used only to reveal your bank details. There are no adverts and no in-app purchases. The information shown in the app is the employment information your employer holds in Inntally, and it is covered by Inntally's privacy policy.
