"Octave Attune EAM RapidRequest" App (formerly "HxGN EAM Rapid Request") provides user a simple and quick method to submit Call Center request to Octave Attune EAM System from their Mobile devices. Upload a picture along with your request. Location service is required when the app is in use to get the current address. Certain EAM version is required for using this App.

What's new

12.3.1 Updated search functions for the Equipment lookup. Note: 12.3.1 Mobile DB script is required for this release. Script is not required to rerun if it is already applied. Please see following Hexagon Smart Community Knowledge Article 000035833 for more details.
