Preorders take the guesswork out of a trading day: you can plan your prep and buy in stock for demand you actually know about, instead of hoping people show up. • Take walk-up orders - ring these up from the same till as your preorders, so everything runs through one queue, not two systems. • Keep your kitchen in sync - the moment an order comes in, it appears on your Kitchen Display Screen (KDS), so whoever's cooking sees every ticket live, without anyone having to run it back or shout it through. • Works across your whole team, on any device - everyone logs in on their own: dedicated POS and KDS screens for front-of-house and the kitchen, and servers or runners taking orders out on the floor from their own phones - all synced to the same order queue in real time. • Run different menus for different events - set up separate menus and pricing per event or pitch, and schedule when each one is live - e.g. a breakfast menu until 11am, switching automatically to your main menu after. • Take payment without extra kit - accept contactless and card payments through Indi Pay, which turns your own phone into your card machine.
