Indhann

Indhann helps petrol pump owners in India keep their daily station records together on Android. Record fuel sales, follow tank stock, maintain customer credit, and review money records and reports from one station workspace. Fuel sales and stock Record nozzle readings, testing quantities and fuel rates. Allocate sale amounts to cash, card, UPI and credit. Keep tanker deliveries, accounted tank stock and stock adjustments with recorded reasons together. Customer credit and money records Maintain credit customers, fuel credit entries and repayments. Review outstanding balances and customer ledgers. Record cash and bank ledger entries for your station's internal accounts. Lubricants Maintain lubricant products and stock, record bottle or box sales, and review lubricant sale history. Receipts and reports Review daily and date-wise records. Create receipts and PDF reports, and export supported records as CSV. An optional station logo can appear on your documents. Your records and backups Operational records stay on your Android device. Create and export verified backups, review a backup before restoring it, and optionally connect your Google account for verified backup copies in Google Drive. Drive backup requires separate consent and an internet connection. Backup and restore transfer a snapshot; they do not synchronize or merge records between phones. One active Android phone The latest Android sign-in replaces the station's previous active phone. Signing in on another phone does not move your records. Keep a verified exported or Drive backup before changing phones. Different accounts on the same installation keep separate local records. Language and appearance Use the station workspace in English, Hindi or Marathi, with Light and Dark themes. Account and access An existing Indhann station account is required. Sign in with your existing email and password. Registration and subscription administration are separate from Android station operations. The app is free to download. Each newly registered station receives one three-day Trial without payment details. A paid subscription is required to continue adding operational records after the Trial. Sign-in, reinstallation and phone replacement do not restart a station's Trial. When access ends, historical records and manual backup/export remain available. Internet is required for sign-in and access verification. Limited offline recording is available only with eligible, previously verified paid access; the Trial requires an online connection. Indhann records station activity entered by the owner. It does not connect to dispensing hardware, synchronize bank accounts or provide live multi-device data. Support: [email protected]
