Ikanos te ajută să mănânci mai echilibrat, să înțelegi mai bine ce are nevoie corpul tău și să construiești obiceiuri pe care le păstrezi și după ce ajungi la greutatea dorită. Principii simple, meniuri gândite pentru viața ta de zi cu zi și un ritm pe care îl stabilești tu. În Ikanos primești un plan alimentar adaptat pentru tine, în funcție de obiectivul tău, preferințele alimentare și felul în care îți place să mănânci. Poți urma un plan structurat sau o variantă flexibilă, în care înveți să îți construiești mesele corect, după principii simple pe care le aplici natural. Aplicația te ghidează zi de zi cu pași simpli: • mese mai echilibrate • obiective clare pentru apă, pași și consecvență • lecții scurte, ușor de parcurs • obiceiuri care se construiesc treptat • jurnal pentru progresul tău Începi de unde ești, cu ce poți face acum, și creezi în timp un stil de viață mai sănătos. Înveți cum să îți organizezi mesele, cum să îți ajustezi alegerile în zilele aglomerate, cum să revii ușor după o abatere și cum să rămâi consecvent, până când totul devine un obicei firesc.
