ieINSPECT

ieINSPECT is the professional field companion for licensed real estate appraisers and Appraisal Management Company (AMC) operations teams. Built by ieIMPACT Appraisal Data Solutions — processing 1,000,000+ appraisal reports a year since 2009 — ieINSPECT takes the repetitive work out of property inspections and puts clean, structured data directly into the appraisal report. WHO IT'S FOR - Licensed residential and commercial real estate appraisers - AMC operations staff managing appraiser panels - Appraisal firms handling high inspection volume WHAT YOU CAN DO IN THE FIELD - Capture subject property photos with automatic organization by room and exterior feature - Draw floor plan sketches with a 24-symbol library for walls, doors, windows, stairs, fixtures, and common exterior features - Record condition ratings, measurements, and notes with structured forms aligned to the UAD (Uniform Appraisal Dataset) standard - Work offline — inspections sync automatically when you're back online - Review and finalize inspection data before it flows into the report WHAT IT DOES BACK AT THE DESK - Inspection data flows into the ACE (Appraisal Cloud Engine) platform for report authoring and QC - Photos, sketches, and measurements stay linked to the report all the way through delivery - Supports UAD 3.6 requirements for the November 2, 2026 GSE mandate BUILT FOR THE WORK, NOT THE DEMO ieINSPECT is designed by people who have spent sixteen years in the appraisal workflow. Every screen comes from a real bottleneck a field appraiser or QC reviewer hit on a real report. It's fast on cellular, resilient to flaky connections, and respects how appraisers actually move through a property.
