Tawen: HRV & Readiness Score

Understand your day at a glance. Tawen turns supported Health Connect records into a daily readiness score and a clear view of the signals behind it. See your score, understand which inputs are available, and follow your recent history — without adding another tracking routine. USE THE DATA YOU ALREADY COLLECT Your health or wearable companion app shares supported records with Android Health Connect. With your permission, Tawen reads those records on your phone. Available signals depend on your source app, permissions and sync; Tawen does not connect directly to your watch. A SCORE WITH CONTEXT Tawen can use sleep, heart rate variability (HRV), resting heart rate, activity, blood oxygen and skin temperature records where supported and available. See a breakdown of the signals contributing to your result. Missing signals are marked unavailable; too little usable data means no readiness score. Your score can change as new records arrive or your source app revises them. Choose Occasional, Balanced or Frequent background data updates, or pull down to refresh. Android scheduling and source syncing affect when new data becomes available. EXPLANATIONS ON YOUR PHONE The score is calculated by rules on your phone. On supported devices, Gemini Nano can write an on-device explanation. Otherwise Tawen Fit provides a rule-based explanation. Buying Pro does not add Nano support to a phone that lacks it. DAILY ESSENTIALS, FREE • Daily readiness score and available-signal breakdown • A two-sentence daily insight preview • Seven days of history • An optional quiet score notification OPTIONAL ONE-TIME PRO • Full daily insights • History up to 90 days • Weekly reports and an optional report-ready alert • Home-screen widgets • CSV export There is no subscription. Google Play shows your local price and purchase availability before you buy. YOUR DATA AND YOUR CHOICES Health-data processing for scoring and on-device AI happens on your phone. Tawen reads Health Connect records; it does not write back to Health Connect. The app stores health measurements and results locally for its features. Analytics is opt-in; diagnostics is enabled after Terms acceptance unless you disable it. Review your choices in Settings and the privacy policy for details. GETTING STARTED Use an Android phone with Health Connect and an app that shares supported records. Enable sharing in your source app, allow Tawen to read the records you choose, and check that data has arrived. Pro cannot supply measurements your source does not share. Tawen is a general wellness tool, not a medical device. It does not diagnose conditions or tell you whether to train or rest.
