Eg Services is the official field staff app for Excellence Group of Services. It helps cleaners and site staff manage daily work from their phone — roster, attendance, rooms, tasks, and reports — in one place. This app is for approved Eg Services team members. After you register, access is reviewed before you can log in. ROSTER See your assigned roster dates and sites. Accept or decline pending shifts. Green means accepted, red means declined, and orange means waiting for your response. You only need to respond when a date is still pending. ATTENDANCE Check in and check out at your site. Location is used to confirm you are on site. ROOM ATTENDANCE Record work room by room. Take photos, add notes, and submit each room as you go. Photos are stamped with date, time, and location so the office has a clear record of the job. CREATE TASK Log extra or hourly work when it is not a standard room job. Attach photos and details so hours and work completed are captured correctly. PLACES AND JOBS View your assigned places and follow tasks for departure service, weekly service, and other site work. INCIDENTS AND PURCHASES Submit an incident form from site. Record particular purchases and expense claims with receipts. REPORTS AND PROFILE View reports, update your profile, and open Help Centre for support, terms, and privacy information. NOTIFICATIONS Get alerts when a roster needs a response so you can accept or decline without delay. Eg Services is built for staff in the field. You need an internet connection and an approved staff account to use the app. If you are not an Eg Services team member, this app will not be useful to you.
