iNdex POS Admin

iNdex POS Admin is the management portal for iNdex POS — Africa's offline-first point of sale system built for spaza shops, tuck shops, salons, restaurants, and small businesses. WORKS WITHOUT POWER OR INTERNET Built for South African realities. Load shedding Stage 6? Run on your phone battery and keep managing your shop. No signal in a rural area? Everything works offline and syncs when you're back online. CASHIER MANAGEMENT Add cashiers to your shop via Bluetooth or QR code — no internet needed. Cashiers pair their phones to your shop in minutes. Approve or decline requests from this app. SALES & TRANSACTIONS View all sales in real time. Monitor your cashiers' performance, see top-selling products, and track daily revenue from anywhere. STOCK MANAGEMENT Full inventory control. Set reorder levels, get low-stock alerts, run stocktakes, and manage branch transfers. AI-powered reorder recommendations tell you what to order before you run out. STAFF & SHIFTS Manage shift openings and closings, track cash drawer variances, and monitor staff performance on the built-in leaderboard. CUSTOMER LOYALTY Built-in loyalty program with Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum tiers. Customers earn points on every purchase. Birthday bonuses, redemption caps, and RFM scoring included. AFRICA FIRST ✅ Load shedding schedule alerts ✅ SASSA and salary payday revenue boosts ✅ Laybye (layaway) contracts — CPA compliant ✅ Stokvel split payments ✅ Airtime and prepaid electricity sales ✅ WhatsApp ordering and receipts ✅ SARS VAT201 report generation ✅ Ozow instant EFT and MTN MoMo payments AI & ANALYTICS Daily insight cards, demand forecasting, anomaly detection, cash flow projections, and competitor price tracking — all running automatically every night. OFFLINE SYNC Admin and cashier phones sync over local Wi-Fi hotspot when they are near each other. When internet is available, everything syncs to the cloud. No sales are ever lost. iNdex POS Admin requires the iNdex POS cashier app on your staff's phones. Both apps work together on any Android device. Built by iNdex Tech · Cape Town, South Africa
