Full description
Up Lifting is for you. This is the strength training app I wanted but couldn’t find, so I built it. It’s a focused, no-nonsense training log for people who want to lift. A smart training partner that stays out of your way while you train and helps you progress over time. Whether you’re powerlifting, bodybuilding, or still learning your way around the barbell, Up Lifting is designed to keep your attention where it belongs: on the lift. Why Up Lifting? Specifically, I found most workout apps tried to do a lot of things, but always let me down when it came to recording data. I wanted notes, I wanted to be able to reference my previous lifts, and I wanted this to be easy while I’m training. Up Lifting makes it easy to record everything you need and easy to see where you were previously. It empowers you to pay attention to your training and gives you useful nudges when you need them. Core Features: Effortless Logging: A clean, fast interface for tracking sets, reps, weight, and RPE without friction. Visual Customisation: Choose your colours. Choose your backgrounds. Make it the app you want to use. Smart Rest Timer: Floating or compact timers that follow you through the app so you never miss your next set. Superset Support: Group exercises and track complex sessions without fighting the UI. Beautiful Charts: Visualise volume, estimated 1RM, and consistency over time. Routine Builder: Build workouts ahead of time or adjust on the fly — just like real training. Data Importer: Import your data from Strong, and potentially other apps, with simplified data transfer tools. Workout Sharing: Snap a photo after your session and share it with an overlay of your exercises and stats. Home Screen widgets: See your upcoming workout, Week Streak, and recent PBs right on your home screen. On the fly workouts: Not following a routine today? Start an on-the-fly workout to pick and choose exercises as you train. Go Pro — but only for the extras No core functionality in Up Lifting is locked behind a paywall. The entire app is free for you to use for as long as you want. Pro Edition offers only bonus features that I thought were fun: Increment Up!: Smart performance analysis that tells you when it’s time to add weight to the bar. Change It Up!: Plateau detection and reminders to rotate training blocks. Are You Still There?: The anti-distraction tool for focused lifting. Intelligent Reminders: Dynamic notifications that know if you’ve already trained today. Achievements: Earn badges for consistency, volume milestones, and personal records. Journey: See just how far you've come with a timeline of all the progress you've made. Privacy First. Always. Your training data is yours. Up Lifting stores everything securely on your device and enables automatic backups to Google Drive. No accounts, no ads, no tracking — just lifting. Download Up Lifting today. I think you’ll love it.
