EmptyChair VFX

EmptyChair makes it effortless to see who's in, out, and on leave — so your team always knows who's available, without the endless "are you in today?" messages. Built for busy workplaces, EmptyChair gives you a clear daily view of who's away and why, lets anyone log their leave in seconds, and quietly keeps the right people informed by email. WHAT YOU CAN DO • See today at a glance — open the app to see exactly who's away and when they're back. • Log leave in seconds — full days, date ranges, specific hours, or part-days. • Your own leave types — set up the categories that fit your workplace (Annual, Sick, Working from Home and more), with admin-only types when you need them. • Organise your people — group staff with flexible tags and sections (by location, project or team) and filter the directory to find anyone fast. • Stay in the loop — follow a colleague or a whole tag and get an email whenever they take leave. • Daily reports — receive a scheduled email summary of who's away, for yourself or your team. SIMPLE FOR EVERYONE No training required. Staff log their own leave; admins manage leave types, people and reports. Everything stays private to your organisation. GREAT FOR Offices, hybrid and remote teams, multi-site businesses, agencies — anyone who just needs to know who's around today.
