Less screen time. Skip the doomscroll. kurfy is an Instagram Feed timer designed to help you stop doomscrolling. Browse your Feed for up to 15 minutes a day, without swiping from one Reel to the next. Keep messages, notifications and your profile available when your Feed time ends. SET A STOPPING POINT FOR SCROLLING Browse posts and Stories with a daily 15-minute allowance. See your remaining time while you browse. Leaving the Feed tab, switching apps or locking your phone pauses the timer and saves what is left. Tap Resume to continue when you choose. Your Feed time resets at midnight using your device’s local date and time. STAY CONNECTED Open Instagram messages, notifications and profiles without using your Feed time. The four tabs keep conversations and connections separate from the timed Feed. ONE REEL AT A TIME Watch an individual Reel, including one shared in a message, without swiping straight to the next. Reel swiping and Explore navigation are restricted inside kurfy. START WITH YOUR CONVERSATIONS Sign in to Instagram and follow a short tour of the tabs. Open Messages first, then choose when to visit your Feed. Your remaining Feed time is saved on your device. HOW KURFY WORKS kurfy is an independent app that opens Instagram’s website in an embedded browser. An Instagram account is required for signed-in features. Instagram handles sign-in and processes posts, messages and activity under its own policies. External website links open in your device’s browser. The Feed timer and Reel limits apply only inside kurfy. It does not use Accessibility Services, monitor other apps or block the separate Instagram app. Features depend on Instagram’s website and may change or become unavailable.
