We enable users to access healthcare through both online services and physical walk in visits, offering flexibility, convenience, and continuity of care. All medical services are delivered by licensed healthcare professionals and registered partner institutions. What MedIQ Helps You Do Medication Fulfillment Support MedIQ enables users to place requests for prescription-based and over the counter medicines through verified partner pharmacies. Users may choose home delivery or visit partner pharmacies directly. All medications are dispensed by licensed pharmacies in accordance with applicable regulations. Lab and Diagnostic Service Booking Users can book laboratory and diagnostic services offered by partner laboratories. Sample collection may be available at home or at physical lab locations, depending on service availability. All testing is performed by certified laboratories and trained professionals. Corporate and Insurance Utilisation Support For eligible corporate and insured users, MedIQ supports digital tracking and record keeping of healthcare utilisation and approved benefits. The platform helps organise service usage information and does not make medical or financial approval decisions. Payment Convenience MedIQ supports multiple payment options including mobile wallets, debit cards, credit cards, online bank transfers, and cash on delivery.
