HAVIT Merchant

HAVIT Merchant is the app for shops that sell on the HAVIT marketplace. A HAVIT order is already a responsibility once the customer places it, so the app is built around getting it ready on time: new order, start preparing, ready for HAVIT. HAVIT collects the package from you and delivers it together with the rest of the customer's order. ORDERS • Get notified of every new order. • See each order's preparation countdown, with orders sorted by urgency. • Mark packages ready and hand them to the HAVIT driver. • Cannot fulfil an item? Report the problem, and HAVIT's operations team takes it from there. CATALOGUE • Create and edit your own products. • Add product photos straight from your phone's camera or gallery. • Arrange your store's own categories. • Submit a listing for review — every listing is reviewed before customers see it. STOCK AND STORE • Adjust stock quickly as it changes. • Pause your store when you need to. SALES AND SETTLEMENTS • See your sales and what HAVIT owes you. • Follow your settlements and payments. The app works in Arabic, Hebrew and English. Your merchant account is set up by the HAVIT team when your shop joins the marketplace; sign in with the details you were given.
